Who is behind Fulfillmentmarkt
Fulfillmentmarkt is operated by MS Verwaltungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Herbolzheim.
How providers get into the directory
- Unclaimed profiles: To give retailers the most complete market overview possible, we also create profiles of fulfillment providers without their involvement. For this, we use only publicly available information from the company's website and legal notice. The source is stated in the profile. These profiles are labeled “unclaimed · not verified”. We do not contact these companies by email.
- Claimed profiles: Companies can take over their profile free of charge and maintain it themselves. We confirm authorization by email from the company domain or by callback.
- Correction and removal: Any company can correct its details or have its listing removed – via Remove listing.
How we verify – the “Verified provider” seal
Only providers who have passed our verification receive the seal. It is a prerequisite for the Plus and Premium plans. We verify:
- Registered company: Commercial register entry, for example as a GmbH, UG, AG or KG.
- Experience: several years of operational experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
- Warehouse address: commercial warehouse space, verified by on-site visit or video walkthrough – no residential or basement addresses.
- References: active online retailers as customers, checked and confirmed by us.
- Insurance and team: Proof of business liability or warehouse insurance and a permanent team.
The verification is repeated annually. The profile states when it was last verified and which points are confirmed. The seal confirms these points at the time of verification – it is not a guarantee of the quality of any individual service.
How profiles are sorted
The same order applies on the home page, in the provider directory, in categories and on the city pages:
- Premium profiles appear at the top.
- Followed by Plus profiles.
- All other profiles – free and unclaimed – follow alphabetical.
Rotation: Within the Premium profiles and within the Plus profiles, the order rotates on every page view at a fixed rhythm. This way every paying provider appears at the top equally often – nobody can permanently buy the first position. Paid profiles are labeled “Premium” or “Plus”.
When you filter or search, you only see matching providers – the order within the results follows the same rules.
Ads, articles and tenders
- Provider articles: Press releases and expert articles from Premium providers are labeled as provider articles and are the responsibility of the respective company.
- Tenders: Retailers publish their needs anonymously. Only verified Plus and Premium providers can apply. A provider only sees contact details once the retailer releases them to that provider.
- No commission: We earn money exclusively from the Plus and Premium plans. Neither retailers nor providers pay a commission on orders arranged via Fulfillmentmarkt.
- Free for retailers: Searching, comparing, enquiries and tenders are free for retailers.
